Joanie Jayasri is a Retired Nurse Practitioner and a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. She is certified in Hatha Yoga,Gentle Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Teen Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis, and Zumba. She is also certified as a Life Force Practitioner using yoga for Mood Management (depression, anxiety, and PTSS).
